Meet The Outlander: our 17 foot trailer that is small in stature, but big in value! This RV can sleep up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children). The sofa by day, converts easily into a queen sized bed by night. There's a fold down bed above the sofa that can accommodate up to 125 lbs., and the dinette can sleep 2. Meal prep won't be a problem with the roomy fridge, stovetop and microwave. Plenty of cupboard space, in addition to the outside locking compartments, should suffice for your storage needs. The Outlander's bathroom is surprisingly large for a unit this size with its tub/shower combo, sink and toilet, and cavernous closet. Nash built trailers particularly cater to the 3 season adventurer because of their added insulation. This means greater comfort for you in those chilly fall mornings.

Refundable security deposit
$500.00 (Providing there is no damage to unit, and the unit is left clean. If additional cleaning, other than sanitizing is needed, then an hourly fee of $50 will be assessed.)

Policies
Reservation policy
Reservation deposit of $100 required to hold reservation. Upon rental, this fee will become part of your $500 deposit.
Cancellation policy
Full refund of $100 reservation deposit if trip is cancelled 30 days or more prior to rental. $100 reservation deposit is forfeited if notice is given less than 30 days in advance.

Mileage
100 free miles per day included. Additional miles will be charged at $0.34 for every mile over, per day.

Generator usage
2 free generator hours per day included. If generator hours exceed allotment, you will be charged $10.00 per each additional hour.

Pet Policy
Pets allowed if they are kept off of furniture, hair is vacuumed, and unit is clean when returned. Be advised that a cleaning fee of $50/hr. will be assessed if this is not done.
