"The Freedom", our biggest coach, feels a bit like a spacious hotel room on wheels. At 31 feet long, with a slideout, there is plenty of living space available. Comfort abounds starting with the cabover over- sized queen bed, and the freestanding queen bed in the aft of the unit. Both beds have mattress toppers provided for a restful night's sleep. Directly behind the driver's seat is a couch that folds down into a double bed. When you pull into your campsite, deploy the slide out, which extends the dinette and couch wall approximately 2 feet. Lots of counter space in the kitchen will make meal prep a breeze. Cabinets line both sides of The Freedom, and a storage drawer is conveniently located under the couch.
Hanging space and more cabinetry for your belongings, is available in the bedroom. Lastly, a half bath and separate shower round out this well-appointed unit.

*IMPORTANT Awning Note:
Be aware that awnings are easily damaged and these damages will come out of your deposit amount and can be expensive. To avoid this kind of problem, never leave a unit unattended with the awning out and be prepared to close the awning if there are high wind conditions. Care and attention while closing the awning is also very important.
Rates

Minimum stay
3 nights @ $205 (cash/cashier's check or $209 credit) each night; pick up time (as early at 8:00 am on rental day), and drop off is by 1:00 pm on your return day.
Refundable security deposit
$600.00* cash/check (or $608 credit) total (minus previously paid reservation fee)
Providing there is no damage to unit, and the unit is left clean. If additional cleaning, other than sanitizing is needed, then an hourly fee of $50 will be assessed.

Policies
Reservation policy
Reservation deposit of $200 cash/cashier's check (or $204 credit) required to hold reservation. Upon rental, this fee will become part of your $600 deposit.
Cancellation policy
Full refund of $200 reservation deposit if trip is cancelled 60 days or more prior to rental. $200 reservation deposit is forfeited if notice is given less than 60 days in advance.

Mileage
100 free miles per day included. Additional miles will be charged at $0.34 for every mile over.

Generator usage
2 free generator hours per day included. If generator hours exceed allotment, you will be charged $10.00 per each additional hour.

Pet Policy
Pets allowed if they are kept off of furniture, hair is vacuumed, and unit is clean when returned. A non-refundable pet deposit of $50 is collected at time of rental.
