Meet The Outlander: our 17-foot trailer that is small in stature, but big in value! This RV can sleep up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children, maximum). The sofa by day converts easily into a queen-sized bed by night. There's a fold down bed above the sofa that can accommodate up to 125 lbs., and the dinette can sleep up to 2 small people. Meal prep won't be a problem with the roomy fridge, cooktop, oven, and microwave. Plenty of cupboard space, in addition to the outside locking compartments, should suffice for your storage needs. The Outlander's bathroom is surprisingly large for a unit this size with its tub/shower combo, sink and toilet, and cavernous closet.
Northwood-built trailers cater to the 3-season adventurer because of their added insulation. This means greater comfort for you on those chilly fall mornings and hot summer nights. (Note: this unit does not have an onboard generator, so guests will need to bring their own, or rent ours for $15/day. Gas needs to be topped of when returning generator.)

ALL UNITS MUST BE PICKED UP AT 3PM DAY OF RESERVATION AND RETURNED NO LATER THAN 11AM DAY OF RETURN
Refundable security deposit
$400.00* CHECK / VENMO total (minus previously paid reservation fee)
Providing there is no damage to unit, and the unit is left clean. If additional cleaning, other than sanitizing is needed, then an hourly fee of $50 will be assessed.

Reservation policy
Reservation deposit of $200 cash/check/venmo required to hold reservation. Upon rental, this fee will become part of your $400 deposit. TOTAL RETURNABLE DEPOSIT = $600
Cancellation policy
Full refund of $200 reservation deposit if trip is cancelled 60 days or more prior to rental. $200 reservation deposit is forfeited if notice is given less than 60 days in advance.
Pet Policy
Pets allowed if they are kept off of furniture, hair is vacuumed, and unit is clean when returned. Be advised that a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 will be payable upon pickup.
