Meet “The Mountaineer.” If The Outlander 17’ trailer is a wee bit snug for you, then The Mountaineer could be just right at 25’. This unit will sleep up to 6 people. Its walk around queen bed has a 4” thick memory foam topper that will have you drifting off to sleep in no time. The convertible couch by day and full-sized bed by night is easy to switch. Lastly, the dinette can accommodate up to 2 weary campers at bedtime and also is a slide-out to give the cabin a roomy feel. In the well-appointed kitchen, a pantry, an abundance of cupboards, and ample counter space will be the delight of any cook. A microwave, oven, cooktop and fridge finish the layout. Lastly, the aft bathroom is one of the best features of this unit. It has a large tub/shower combo with a skylight and a wardrobe for clothes storage.

The Mountaineer is made by Northwood, a company known for high quality and 3 season RV’s. This unit is no exception. Extra insulation will keep you warmer when the temperature dips and cooler during a warm Wyoming summer. This unit also comes with its own onboard generator. Rates
Minimum stay
3 nights @ $155 (cash/cashier's check or $158 credit) each night; pick up time (as early at 8:00 am on rental day), and drop off is by 1:00 pm on your return day.
Refundable security deposit
$600.00* cash/cashier's check (or $608 credit) total (minus previously paid reservation fee)
Providing there is no damage to unit, and the unit is left clean. If additional cleaning, other than sanitizing is needed, then an hourly fee of $50 will be assessed.

Policies
Reservation policy
Reservation deposit of $200 cash/cashier's check (or $204 credit) required to hold reservation. Upon rental, this fee will become part of your $600 deposit.
Cancellation policy
Full refund of $200 reservation deposit if trip is cancelled 60 days or more prior to rental. $200 reservation deposit is forfeited if notice is given less than 60 days in advance.

Generator usage
2 free generator hours per day included. If generator hours exceed allotment, you will be charged $10.00 per each additional hour

Pet Policy
Pets allowed if they are kept off of furniture, hair is vacuumed, and unit is clean when returned. Guests with pets will pay a non-refundable additional $50 deposit.
